Delivery

We will begin processing your orders immediately upon receipt. If we are out of stock and waiting for a delivery we will contact you immediately, either by e-mail or by phone and tell you the expected ship date. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please call us. We check every order manually before your credit card is charged.

After filling out our online checkout form an invoice number will be generated and an order confirmation will be sent to you by email. If you have an established account with us, we can bill you or your company. If you prefer, we can call you to arrange payment. Please fill out the contact us form and specify in the comments field "please call me for payment option."
